This is one of the 2020 projects that I've done during my study. In this project, I was able to improve and develop my skills in detecting and deeply understanding the root-caused of why people find it difficult to navigate around and brainstorming for a solution that would allow me to achieve my aim.

Solution
Apply colour coding.
Change signage and maps within the station
Results
Colour coding is applied for different Concourse of the station, which is shown on the signage and maps for easier navigation.
Colour coding is also applied for different icons on signage and maps for quicker recognition.
